About the Role

Total Staff Services is recruiting an experienced automotive technologist to join a renowned car manufacturer's team based in Warrington.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with premium vehicles, particularly focusing on Jaguars. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs specific to Jaguar vehicles.

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostics and Repairs: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance specifically for Jaguar vehicles, with an emphasis on precision and efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot issues accurately.
  • Routine Maintenance: Execute routine maintenance and servicing to ensure vehicles meet high-quality standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and provide technical insights on vehicle issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A proven track record as a mechanic, preferably with a focus on Jaguar vehicles.
  • Strong diagnostic skills, with the ability to use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring all repairs meet the manufacturer's standards.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
