Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive specialist services to patients with complex needs, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge planning.
- Supervise and mentor physiotherapists, assistant practitioners, and clinical support workers to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Deputise for the team lead in meetings related to specialist clinical areas.
- Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals and carers to educate them on therapy processes and patient management.
This role requires the post holder to have a valid PVG Scheme membership or record. If not already a member, an application will be made to Disclosure Scotland, and satisfactory clearance must be obtained before commencing employment.
