Medical Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the practices and PCN, including assisting with targets and submitting required information to the ICB. They will also be involved in identifying and creating ad-hoc searches, assessing and analysing questionnaires, reports and spreadsheets, and taking appropriate actions.
Key Duties- Assist in achieving targets across all registers and contacts.
- Work alongside GPs to ensure robust recall processes are in place.
- Review clinical reports relating to payments and missing data.
- Recall patients, organise appointments, and send questionnaires and templates via Accurx.
- Coordinating with other primary and secondary healthcare services as appropriate.
- Experience of using SystmOne.
- Experience of working within General Practice.
- Experience of working within a Primary Care Network.
- GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths (or equivalent).
