About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team at Pareto, a leading provider of managed services.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months of sales experience in B2B, preferably in Telesales/IT/cybersecurity/SaaS, and a strong ability to build relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Qualify leads and secure high-quality meetings for the sales team
  • Utilize various channels to engage with customers and secure conversions

Requirements:

  • 6 months of sales experience in B2B, ideally within Telesales/IT/cybersecurity/SaaS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated and driven individual with a positive attitude

Salary: £40k basic, up to £100k with OTE/commission
