Drive Revenue Growth in the Sports Marketing Ecosystem

Genius Sports is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts within the dynamic world of digital advertising. This role will focus on selling programmatic self-serve and managed services, as well as DCO technology, to brands and agencies across EMEA.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop New Revenue Streams: Engage with Brands and agencies to deliver tailored media solutions that target diverse channels and strategies.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate trust-driven relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor and delivering bespoke advertising solutions that drive tangible results.
  • Maximize Client Value: Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities within your client portfolio.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Remain informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our competitive advantage in the ever-evolving advertising landscape.
  • Drive Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue streams and introduce innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Effectively manage your pipeline of opportunities and provide regular progress reports to the leadership team.
  • Expand Network: Attend industry conferences to pursue new business opportunities and establish valuable partnerships within the Sports Marketing Ecosystem.
Your Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in advertising sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in digital advertising.
  • Demonstrated success in selling Programmatic Ad tech solutions to Brands and Agencies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, ad tech platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
