Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Glasgow Airport

Pay Rate: Competitive Hourly Rate

Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts

Working Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To support the operations team in the day-to-day management of the contract, liaising with site management and airport duty manager.
  • To ensure high standards of housekeeping are achieved, being flexible and able to meet changing operational needs.
  • To carry out cleaning assignments, including deep cleaning tasks, and ensure all team members follow cleaning specification and task matrix.
  • To deliver excellent communication and motivation to the site-based team, including daily debriefs.
  • To prepare an informative handover for the incoming Senior Supervisor, including important information and tasks to be completed.

Person Specification:

  • Good attention to detail, ability to work independently, and use own initiative.
  • Reliable and responsible, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Good communication skills and commitment to quality.

Essential:

  • Provide 5-year checkable referencing history.
  • Full clean driving license would be an advantage.
  • Previous cleaning experience and experience in using buffer/scrubber drier would be preferred.
