Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance and Control Lead to support the implementation of our Integrated Management System (IMS) in the UK-based Quality Engineering & Control (QE&C) team. As a key member of our team, you will oversee independent Quality Engineering & Control activities for assigned programmes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance and Control Lead, your key responsibilities include reviewing project procedures to ensure alignment with ISO standards, planning and conducting internal audits to ensure compliance, collecting and analysing performance metrics to monitor quality performance, and implementing root cause analysis and leading improvement initiatives. You will also contribute to the creation and annual review of Quality Assurance Plans, provide ISO training and awareness sessions for programme staff, and collaborate closely with Programme Managers and management teams to identify quality issues and resolutions.

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with proven quality assurance and control experience in a relevant environment, ideally software development. You should have expertise in ISO standards and experience with Integrated Management Systems (IMS), as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential. Occasional travel may be required. The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
