About the Role

Crest Nicholson PLC is a leading developer of quality homes and thriving, sustainable communities. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team, specializing in remediation works of legacy building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate cost management, dealing with contractual issues, procurement, and payment of sub-contractors from pre-operational stage through to final account settlement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of value engineering, cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Lead by example, focusing on building a strong team ethic and working relationships with the regional teams and external partners.
Requirements
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commercial awareness and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Qualifications and memberships aligned to Senior Quantity Surveyor level within the industry.
