The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team in Glasgow. As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of customer orders, utilizing your knowledge of product and technician availability to meet customer needs.

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating technician time, parts, and other physical resources to ensure timely and quality service delivery. You will also act as a key point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints, providing timely updates and ensuring accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Record and process customer orders, including custom and special orders, and track delivery of servicing activity.
  2. Make calls to allocated customers to develop new and deepen existing relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Quote for local business as needed, ensuring standard pricing and terms are applied.
  4. Issue certificates promptly and update associated systems to support proactive notifications for next year's servicing business.
  5. Respond to and resolve complex issue escalations promptly and appropriately, securing managerial approvals as required.
  6. Develop knowledge and understanding of Survitec policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.
  7. Communicate the service delivery plan effectively, ensuring it reflects available resources.
  8. Work with stores colleagues or monitor stock levels directly to ensure all scheduled work can be delivered.
  9. Represent Survitec professionally during customer interactions, using extensive product knowledge to understand and answer technical questions.
  10. Follow Survitec Health, Safety, and Environment policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience of delivering high-quality work unsupervised.
  • Educated to A-level or Further Education College equivalent level.
  • Strong customer relationships and experience in delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Ability to develop and deliver communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm when taking on new opportunities and tough challenges.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with Survitec goals.
  • Consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances.
