We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Anchor, a leading provider of care and housing for older people. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing dignified personal care, assisting with daily activities, and promoting the wellbeing of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with daily activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, promoting a culture of dignity and respect
