We are seeking a talented Project Development and Partnerships Manager to join our team at Empower Youth Zones. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing projects that empower young people to gain employability skills.

In this exciting role, you will work closely with partners, patrons, external organizations, accredited training providers, and other key stakeholders to inspire young people, provide them with opportunities to explore their interests, and enable them to gain employability skills.

We are offering a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including a comprehensive health insurance plan, a pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or education
  • Proven experience in project management and partnerships development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
