About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Scientist to join our team at Precision AQ, a leading provider of health economics and outcomes research, global pricing, access strategy, and analytics. As a Senior Research Scientist, you will play a key role in developing client-ready deliverables, managing project delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement systematic literature reviews and quantitative evidence synthesis studies
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality technical reports, protocols, and statistical analysis plans
  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure timely delivery and financial performance of projects
  • Lead client calls and respond to inquiries, providing expert guidance and support
  • Develop and implement development plans for direct reports, providing mentorship and coaching
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations, working closely with senior team members
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in health economics and outcomes research
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as health services research, health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
