Home Buyer Liaison Specialist

In this exciting role as a Home Buyer Liaison Specialist with Bloor Homes, you will be responsible for facilitating smooth transactions between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders in the property sale process. Working closely with our Sales Managers and other departments, you will ensure that every homebuyer has a positive and seamless experience when purchasing a new property from us.

• Maintaining accurate knowledge of our products, local market conditions, and industry developments is essential for providing expert advice to homebuyers.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety policies and communicating requirements to visitors is crucial for maintaining a safe working environment.
• You will be responsible for initiating approaches to prospects, recording and following up on visitors, and updating the CRM system to track interactions and progress.
• Taking reservations, initiating paperwork, and ensuring purchasers understand the buying process are key responsibilities.
• Building strong relationships with external partners, such as solicitors and estate agents, is vital for successful sales outcomes.
• Staying informed about mortgage market trends and products through regular communication with Financial Advisors is essential for providing expert advice.
• Compliance with company policies and procedures maintains a professional and efficient sales environment.

• Experience in sales within the new house building market is highly desirable.
• A full driving license is required for site visits and customer meetings.
• Proven sales skills and effective negotiation techniques are essential for closing deals and achieving targets.
• The ability to identify key buying signals enables you to convert leads into sales.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
