About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Academic Assistant Leader to join our team at beBee Professionals in Staines. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of supporting students and teachers in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and activities.
- Lead small groups of students in workshops and learning sessions.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in Education or a related field (Associate's degree or higher).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a teaching assistant or educational setting.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:
