We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Specialist to join our team at Fulton Hogan Ltd. As a key member of our infrastructure construction division, you will be responsible for managing teams and subcontractors, developing construction plans and documentation, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate teams and subcontractors to optimize resources and efficiency.
- Develop and implement construction plans and documentation.
- Plan and execute projects, developing construction methodologies and ensuring safety, environmental, and quality standards are met.
- Provide regular progress reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
- Undertake regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Proven experience in major civil D&C construction projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Structural Engineer or equivalent.
