Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring that our patient dining services meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver outstanding patient care and ensure that patients receive a high-quality dining experience.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, including meal counts and patient feedback.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that all aspects of patient care are met.
Requirements:
- Experience in a patient-facing role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
