Goole, East Yorkshire, United Kingdom Tailored Personnel Services Ltd Full time
About the Role

We are recruiting for a highly skilled Residential Therapeutic Care Worker to join our dedicated team in Goole. As part of our compassionate and supportive team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality care to children in a residential setting.

Your daily tasks may include:

  • Providing personal care and support within a homely environment.
  • Assisting with day-to-day tasks such as cooking, cleaning, homework, and driving children to school.

  • Annual performance-related bonus, based on achieving positive outcomes for the children.
  • Full therapeutic training and a comprehensive induction programme.
