Job Description
">We are seeking a Business Process Improvement Lead to join our team at Verify Europe.
">This is a 6-month contract role with an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (£50 per hour), offering a competitive remuneration package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
">As a Business Process Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for driving sustainable improvements in plant performance by providing on-site leadership and support to oversee business activities at a Power Facility in the UK.

- Implementing effective continuous improvement methodologies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance">
- Fostering teamwork and employee engagement across operations, maintenance, procurement, and HSSE">
- Developing and implementing effective change management strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs">
- Analyzing complex problems and developing effective solutions to improve plant performance">
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them">
Requirements
