About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Home Delivery Driver to join our team at Iceland Foods. As a Home Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering shopping to customers' doors, providing exceptional levels of customer service, and connecting directly with our customers as the face of Iceland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver shopping to customers' doors in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with the wider store operation, lending a hand when needed and providing support to colleagues
  • Meet and exceed customer service standards, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
Requirements
  • A current driving licence, held for at least 3 years and with no more than 6 points
  • A winning way with people from all walks of life, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late evenings
