Your Role As A Personal Support Specialist
You will support clients in their homes to provide personal care and companionship. Your role will be centered around building relationships as a foundation to assist with practical tasks (such as housework, preparation of meals, daily personal care) that help clients to continue living independently.
- We are looking for kind, joyful, and determined individuals who love to bring out the best in others.
- Candidates must have empathy and patience to support older people lead fulfilling lives.
- Mature and proactive individuals with commitment, reliability, and good verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- Able to pass the DBS/PVG check and proof of right to work in the UK is necessary.
Salary: Estimated £25,000 - £30,000 per year depending on location and experience.
