At Gather & Gather, we are passionate about great food and great coffee. We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter at one of our locations.

About the Role:
You will be an integral part of the kitchen team, helping with the daily preparation of food for breakfast and lunchtime service. Your role will include receiving all deliveries, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, and assisting the kitchen porters with cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare food from seasonally changing menus.
Practice effective teamwork and communication amongst colleagues.
Ensure compliance with in-house HACCP and food hygiene, health, and safety systems.
Maintain the day-to-day operational standards of the kitchen.
Assist with the acceptance of all deliveries and the general cleanliness of the kitchen area.
