About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Chef de Partie to join our team at Megan's, a dog-friendly collection of over 20 neighbourhood restaurants. As a culinary expert in Mediterranean cuisine, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes using fresh ingredients and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- To work as part of a close-knit team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional results.
- To maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
- To participate in ongoing professional training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- To assist in menu planning and preparation, ensuring dishes meet the company's quality standards.
