Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our team at Chevron Traffic Management. As a CAD Designer, you will be responsible for designing Temporary Traffic Management projects using the latest industry software.

About the Role:

You will be working with a talented team of designers and engineers to create high-quality designs for urban and rural roads, dual carriageways, and motorways. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing Temporary Traffic Management projects using AutoCAD Civils, BricsCAD, Cone, AutoTURN, KeyLines, and KeySigns
  • Attending client meetings to discuss project requirements and progress
  • Maintaining internal design records and conducting design risk assessments

About You:

We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working to strict deadlines and have a flexible working approach. A team player with a passion for CAD design and Temporary Traffic Management is essential for this role.

Essential Attributes:

  • Experience in CAD design technician role
  • Experience in a similar role or installations of temporary traffic management
  • Understanding of industry guidelines and reference documents
  • Competent in AutoCAD Civils / BricsCAD / Cone / AutoTURN / KeyLines / KeySigns
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Attributes:

  • BIM & 3D design experience/knowledge
  • IHE Temporary Traffic Management Certificate or working towards this
