Job Title: Experienced Veneerer/Furniture Finisher



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Veneerer/Furniture Finisher to join our team in Norfolk. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for the creation of bespoke cabinets and joinery for superyachts and high-end residential projects.



The ideal candidate will have prior experience in spraying, finishing, and veneering, as well as the ability to work under their own initiative and as part of a team to exacting standards.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Spraying (paint and lacquer)
  • Hand finishing
  • Flattening and polishing
  • Tinting and staining


Working Conditions:



The position is full-time (40-hour week) and will be based in our Norfolk workshops. You will be working on a 4-day shift pattern, Monday to Thursday, with the opportunity to progress within the organisation for the right candidate.



Overtime is paid at time and a half, and a full UK driving license is required.



What We Offer:



Above industry hourly rates, including enhanced overtime rates where required.
