The Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager to join our Leicester office, located in the heart of the city. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and exceeding targets. Your expertise will help us deliver outstanding outcomes and contribute to our company's continued growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives
- Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive improvements
- Create a positive and motivating team culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration
- Collaborate with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies
- Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members
Compensation & Benefits
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus commission (OTE £60 - £65K)
