Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at MDE Group UK. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve electrical issues.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance planning team to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities.
  • Work closely with the production engineering team to implement improvements and optimize electrical systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance electrical maintenance processes.
Requirements
  • Time served apprenticeship in electrical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Minimum of Higher National Certificate (HNC) or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering.
  • Experience with SAP maintenance program.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards for electrical engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
