About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance and Reporting Manager to join our Defence team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality performance and reporting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance and reporting management plans for our clients.
  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance reporting processes.
  • Lead the definition of KPIs and performance measures dictionary.
  • Present performance recovery recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Train and coach clients and team members on performance and reporting management processes.
  • Undertake line management activities, including career development and performance management.

Requirements

  • Project controls related qualification.
  • Experience in digital reporting activities in multiple complex projects.
  • Demonstrable track record in providing project controls support to the configuration and setup of project reporting information systems.
  • Practical experience of implementing Earned Value Management (EVM), progress reporting, forecasting, and performance reporting and analysis.
  • Basic familiarity of some Project Controls software.
  • Experience in using data analysis tools.

Security Clearance

Candidates will be required to hold valid security clearance (SC) and be British Nationals with a UK Passport.
