About the Role

We are seeking a Christmas Customer Advisor to join our team at Boots York, Monks Cross Retail Park store. As a Christmas Customer Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and offering advice on our products.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a presentable store and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • Assist with stock management, product displays, and other tasks as required.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential.
  • Full training will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required for the role.
