Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Governance Framework Lead to join our Investment Operations team at Aviva. As a key member of our Unit Pricing Controls team, you will support the Director of Investment Operations and the Head of Unit Pricing in ensuring their teams operate efficiently and safely, with a robust risk & controls environment and governance framework.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance and governance, excellent organizational and relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and/or risk management.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, plus a 10% bonus opportunity based on individual performance and company results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks for Unit Pricing Group (UPG), Breach Group, and two Unit Linked Shareholder Risk Oversight groups.
  • Create reports for other groups such as Unit Linked Fund Governance Committee (ULFGC) and Finance Risk & Solvency Committee (FRSC) as required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide governance and risk advice and support operational readiness for large projects.
  • Oversee tasks undertaken by analysts to ensure they meet required standards.
