Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to join our team at PriceSenz. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the direction and priorities of our leadership team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic interdisciplinary programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward and measure impact.
  • Project Management Support
    • Provide operational and project management support to various committees and initiatives.
    • Work with project teams to develop project plans, assign resources, and establish timelines.
  • Project Analysis and Reporting
    • Conduct project analysis and identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies.
    • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure timely project completion.
  • Project Budgeting and Tracking
    • Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are assigned and deadlines are met.
    • Develop and track project budgets, ensuring adherence to established standards.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Certified Change Practitioner.
  • Skills
    • Project management, website content management, meeting minutes/summary reports, executive-level support, meeting coordination, data analysis.
  • Software
    • SharePoint, MS Office.
  • Field of Study
    • Business Management and Administration.
