Key Responsibilities- Organise, prioritise and handle your own workload in line with standard operating procedures to ensure that critical dates are met and KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
- Effective management of the litigation process to ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
- Adhere to all Court deadlines.
- Drafting of court documents.
- Liaising with the policyholder, including drafting correspondence.
- Effective use of the case management system.
- Reserving and all other key information is accurate and updated in a timely manner.
- Critical dates are met.
- All actions/strategies are documented by way of a file note.
- All documents in the history are clearly labelled.
- Deliver quality work, meeting audit benchmark standards.
- Drive your own personal development.
- Contribute to team effort by working collaboratively to ensure that team targets are achieved and by positively contributing to team morale.
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
