About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at The Adecco Group. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for pioneering our permanent desk in Kendal, building client relationships, and delivering top-tier candidates to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Build client relationships, identify market opportunities, and develop strategies to secure new business.
  • Candidate Management: Source, screen, and present high-calibre candidates to our clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Market Mapping: Develop a thorough understanding of the local market, identifying key players and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in recruitment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
