Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing plant based near Chichester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our high-speed automated production machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform reactive maintenance on high-speed automated production machinery
  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) to minimize downtime
  • Assist with small installation projects to improve efficiency
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to our processes
  • Ensure compliance with our company's health and safety standards

We are looking for an individual with an Engineering Apprenticeship or UK Recognised Qualification, with experience in high-speed production/automated environments. If you have a background in manufacturing sites such as food, automotive, packaging, drinks, pharmaceutical, plastics, distribution, and other environments with automation, we would love to hear from you.
