Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - Heavy Plant

Finning International is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer - Heavy Plant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our heavy plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of heavy plant equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
  • Work closely with the controller to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a related engineering function, such as car mechanic or HGV fitter.
  • Formal training in health and safety is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
