We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trade Chargehand to join our team at Sanctuary Property Services. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing repairs and refurbishments of properties, ensuring they are completed to a high standard and within budget.

• Assist with the daily management of a team and oversee repairs and refurbishments of properties
• Inspect works completed to ensure they represent value for money and meet quality standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures on site
• Order materials and liaise with suppliers for material availability
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial recovery for completed void works
• Maintain good morale and encourage high levels of performance within the team

• NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (or equivalent qualification)
• Recent experience of supervising staff in a similar role
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer care skills
• Ability to analyze and diagnose problems and implement effective solutions
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Full valid UK driving licence
