About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage and motivate the team, ensuring exceptional service levels and adherence to Service Level Agreements with panel solicitors and experts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate the team to maintain exceptional service levels
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements with panel solicitors and experts
  • Foster strong relationships with experts and solicitors through regular communication
  • Source and manage new experts, ensuring optimal costing and service delivery
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Required Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superb customer service and team management abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Technical Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience with Sage and Proclaim software
