We are an award-winning charity fundraising agency with nearly 30 years' experience, delivering successful fundraising and awareness campaigns for well-known UK charities.

About the Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the public face of our charity partners, interacting with people to secure regular donations and lottery sign-ups.

You will work at various venues such as shows, events, superstores, town centres, shopping centres, and train stations. Our in-house venues team will pre-book these locations to give you the best chance of securing donors during your shift.

The working day will vary according to the venues you work at, so you should aim to be there when footfall is at its maximum, often in the evenings. You will need to be flexible with your working hours to maximize your opportunities.

We provide branded clothing and equipment, as well as an electric tablet to sign up donors.

A Great Candidate Will Have

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic, motivated to reach and surpass targets
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, customer service, or field sales
  • Excellent communication skills with expertise interacting with the public and building immediate rapport
  • The ability to work Saturdays, which are peak times for sign-ups
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • The willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
  • The desire to become a passionate advocate for the charity you represent

  • A basic salary of £23,800 per annum, with uncapped discretionary bonus potential (£45,000+ OTE)
