Job Title: Senior Town Development Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple projects, liaising with clients, external consultants, and local authorities, as well as training junior staff members.

Key Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in the planning industry, preferably within private or public sectors.
  2. Full UK driving licence required.

The estimated salary for this role is £52,500 per annum, which includes a bonus scheme, pension, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
