The HR/ Payroll and Operations Assistant role is a vital part of our People Department at the UK Atomic Energy Authority. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to the success of our organisation while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities">You will be responsible for managing payroll system processes, coordinating payroll actions, and providing professional advice to employees and managers. Key areas of focus include:
- Managing end-to-end payroll system processes
- Coordinating various payroll actions
- Providing professional guidance on People-related processes and procedures
- Managing the service management system (helpdesk)
- Handling internal relocation processes
- Conducting new starter inductions
- Supporting pension-related queries
Key Requirements:
- Solid administration experience in HR or Payroll
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Competent IT and Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
