About the Role

Avalara is seeking a highly motivated Senior E-Invoicing Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities in the e-invoicing market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the e-invoicing market and related tax compliance issues. You will have the ability to develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the e-invoicing sector, leveraging Avalara's unique strengths and differentiators.

This is a full remote or hybrid job location basis opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for software sales and tax compliance.

Responsibilities
  1. E-Invoicing Market Expertise: Stay current with industry trends and regulations related to e-invoicing and transaction taxes, providing subject matter expertise to both prospects and colleagues.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the e-invoicing sector, leveraging Avalara's unique strengths and differentiators.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  4. Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas, driving revenue growth for Avalara.
  5. Sales Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Sales Engineers, Product Specialists, and Customer Success, to ensure successful customer onboarding and satisfaction.
