Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Wilf Ward Family Trust. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Support service users with their daily routines, including medication management and appointment attendance.
- Engage in activities that promote social interaction, leisure, and recreation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a care or support role, preferably in a similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities.
