Executive Chef

We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to join our dedicated catering team in Dunton, producing outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients.

Predicted annual salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 27 staff members, including 7 direct reports, serving up to 1800 customers daily. Key responsibilities include covering for the head chef during absences, assisting with menu creation, ordering and compilation, as well as maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

1. Experience: At least Sous Chef level experience, demonstrating culinary expertise and dedication.
2. Creativity: Show an intense passion for cuisine with the ability to innovate, creating remarkable dishes that make a lasting impression on guests.
