Contract Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Contract Solution Architect with a strong background in reinsurance and accounting to join our dynamic team at Proactive Appointments Limited.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and robust solutions that align with our business needs.
  • Ensure seamless integration between reinsurance systems and accounting platforms.
  • Leverage expertise in reinsurance processes, including treaty and facultative reinsurance, claims processing, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Adhere to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams.
  • Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on reinsurance and accounting systems.
  • Strong understanding of reinsurance processes (treaty, facultative, claims, risk).
  • Familiarity with reinsurance software and the London Market, including LORs.
  • Solid background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience designing and integrating financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow across ledgers and modules.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with security and compliance in regulated industries.
