About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management product team. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the product vision and strategy, as well as owning the product roadmap and setting expectations with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the Identity and Access Management product vision and strategy
  • Own the Information Security product roadmap and set expectations with stakeholders
  • Partner with product and delivery teams to deliver Information Security products or complex changes
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and ensure product renewals are completed on time
  • Work with security and product teams to identify and incorporate security and usability requirements into products
  • Plan significant deployments across multiple Identity and Access Management products
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers to prioritize features and determine the best technical implementation methods

About You

  • You have a strong understanding of agile values, principles, and practices, as well as experience delivering technical programs in an agile and product environment
  • You are able to collaborate effectively with other teams and stakeholders to understand the direction of travel and requirements
  • You are technically curious and able to ask the right questions to drive better solutions
  • You have a strong understanding of data and are able to use product metrics to prioritize effectively
  • You are a team player and able to contribute to building a great culture at Sainsbury's Tech
