Lead Engineer and Manager Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled engineer to lead our team of five, reporting directly to the Head of Operations. This is a unique chance to make a significant impact on our organization's growth.

Job Description:

This position involves overseeing the engineering team, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the Production and Planning teams to achieve optimal plant performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the engineering team, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize plant performance.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience in similar roles within manufacturing environments.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000, depending on your experience.
