We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Trainee to join our team as a Grid Maintenance Specialist in Wednesbury. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while earning qualifications over a four-year period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist experienced professionals with street lighting installation, maintenance, and cable jointing
  • Participate in block release training programs to gain formal qualifications
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the power engineering industry

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A-C / 9-4 including Maths, English Language, and Science. We also require a real interest in engineering demonstrated through relevant work placements, studies, hobbies, or projects.
