Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the Humanitarian Settlement Officer is to provide comprehensive support to refugees settling in Flintshire and Wrexham. This includes working with various stakeholders to ensure that refugees receive the necessary services and resources to rebuild their lives.
As a key member of our resettlement team, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of each refugee family and developing personalized plans to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:

- Working with local authority departments, Health, Education, and other stakeholders to ensure refugees receive necessary services and resources
- Coordinating with community groups and organizations to provide additional support to refugees
