The Role:

You'll be responsible for processing patient referrals, booking appointments, and providing excellent customer care to patients and visitors. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and develop your career in a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with consultants and secretaries to provide support in the patient referral pathway
  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a professional and efficient service
  • Confirm receipt of referrals and registration for all patients referred for Radiotherapy and Outpatient clinics

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience managing a busy reception area
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience within a diverse range of administrative roles
  • Evidence of an empathetic and holistic approach to patient care
  • Experience with resolving complaints satisfactorily
