Animal Care Centre Receptionist Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Animal Care Centre Receptionist to join our team at The Gatehouse Vets, Wrexham. This full-time role will involve working three fixed days per week (28.5 hours) with 1 in 5 Saturdays.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling client data and records, as well as delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include answering telephone calls from clients, converting inquiries into appointments, and maintaining pet healthcare.
