We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our Witney store team. As a seasoned retail professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing your team's skills and abilities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and business objectives
  • Providing expert product knowledge and advice to customers
  • Leading by example, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their performance and confidence
  • Ensuring high-quality store visual displays that reflect our brand values
  • Fostering strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Staying informed about products and trends to provide expert guidance
  • Participating in operational tasks, including stock management and inventory control

Our Benefits Package:

  • A competitive salary range of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum based on experience
